To maintain the integrity of the fabric, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. We recommend line drying or tumble drying on a low, delicate setting to prevent pilling and shrinkage.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Cozy Earth offers a 10-year warranty against manufacturer defects, including pilling, abnormal rips, or hardware failures on our bedding and bath products.
What is your return policy and the '100-Night Sleep Trial'?
We want you to love your sleep. If you are not satisfied within the first 100 nights, you can return your items for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping costs for domestic orders within the United States.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
